The accommodation was clean, just a few meters from the center, with a great rooftop terrace overlooking the city. The host is polite, helpful, and a fair guy. I definitely highly recommend it. There is also a good bus connection to Mondello beach."

The air conditioner was at least operational.
The ceiling height of our room was around 190 cm. You couldn't put on clothes without hitting your hand on the ceiling, and I'm average height. Also, from the room to the toilet or to the kitchen there was a staircase, so you either had to pay attention and bow every time you were stepping in and out, or you hit your head, which I unfortunately did 2 times. The bathroom and the toilet were straight up disgusting.The shower curtain was literally green from the dirt. The toilet was also very old, very low mounted and disgusting, but on top of that it was sprinkled between the shower base and the wall, so you had to rotate 45 degrees to even be able to sit down. The breakfast was basically nothing. We got a bowl full of portion cups, one bread, a box of milk, 6 prepackaged empty croissants and 6 pieces of 100ml juice boxes for the 3 day for the 2 people. The worst part of the overall experience was the enormous noise, from the streets (which is not as much the responsibility of the place), but also from inside the building. Our door opened to staircase at the 1.5 floor, so any time somebody entered the building, the front door slammed very loudly, but we could also hear every step of the stairs which woke us up multiple times in the middle of the night. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place!
