Zentrale Lage
Baustellen rund ums Haus und Innenhof, PartyLärm in nächster Nachbarschaft, unheimlich anstrengendes CheckIn in mehreren Schritten; digitaler Schlüssel nicht sehr funktionstüchtig- jedes Mal mehrere Probeanläufe bis die Tür aufgeht. Zudem komplett aufs Handy angewiesen- Handy mal nicht dabei und man kommt nicht mehr rein. Personal gibt sich genervt von den Anrufen, wenn check in nicht klappt oder wenn man 15 Minuten früher rein möchte. Dafür Punkteabzug.

O Quarto é muito bom, Não posso reclamar, tudo conforme a descrição, mas o atendimento foi PÉSSIMO, O PIOR DA MINHA VIDA, o Doorman não é um hotel, é um flat para estadias longas. Não possue uma recepção fisica, só uma virtual, fiquei mais de duas horas na rua com minha esposa e as malas, tentando entrar no hotel. Atendimento virtual NOTA ZERO !!!, uma pessoa que fala inglês e alemão, não conseguia me comunicar com ela. DUAS HORAS, brigando para fornecerem um código para pegar a chave. NÃO RECOMENDO !!!!
ATENDIMENTO, RECEPÇÃO, FALTA DE SUPORTE. Não enviaram código pin com antecedência. Tive que apelar ao suporte da Booking para me ajudar, e mesmo assim não resolveram, fui socorrido por dois hóspedes que estavam na acomodação e me ajudaram com atendente. só para conseguir um código e pegar a chave.
