Gözegir Otel’de harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel çok temiz, merkeze yakın ve hizmet mükemmeldi. Özellikle Ahmet’e, resepsiyon ekibine ve temizlik şefine ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz!

Im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr waren wir dieses Mal leider sehr unzufrieden. Der Service war insgesamt katastrophal. Einzig ein Herr vom Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit – mit ihm konnte man reden. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich, insbesondere wenn man auf Englisch kommuniziert hat. Bei der Ankunft war unser Zimmer teilweise noch nicht richtig gereinigt. Zudem fehlten Handtücher. Obwohl uns zugesichert wurde, dass wir diese noch am selben Tag bekommen würden, erhielten wir sie erst am nächsten Tag. Anscheinend hatte der Herr an der Rezeption dies missverstanden. Auch beim Wunsch, früher auszuchecken, wurde uns keinerlei Unterstützung angeboten. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Letztes Jahr hat es uns sehr gut geschmeckt, dieses Jahr jedoch war es enttäuschend. Es gab ein offenes Buffet, bei dem viele Speisen schon frühzeitig vergriffen waren und nicht nachgefüllt wurden. Zahlreiche Gerichte, wie z. B. das Rührei, waren kalt und somit kaum genießbar. Die Brötchen waren steinhart, und die Auswahl insgesamt eher gering. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen, insbesondere da wir aus dem Vorjahr deutlich bessere Erfahrungen mit diesem Hotel hatten.
