Beautiful hotel in the middle of new part of matera overlooking the ancient section. Rocco the manager very helpful. Rooms spotless, and beds very comdirtable.
Breakfast coukd be better and worker was less than accommodating. However her less than enthusiastic approach is not indicative of the overall staff as a whole

Tolles Zimmer mit schönen großen Badezimmer mit Dusche , schöner Beleuchtung, viel Platz
Zimmer war leider staubig, es wurde kein Kaffee nachgefüllt, Tee nur Kamille und Früchte , für ein luxery Hotel zu wenig Auswahl und zu unaufmerksam Am schlimmsten war jedoch das Frühstück, KEINE 4 * wert!!!! ein kleiner dunkler Raum mit einer 2 m Zeile wo verpackte Marmelade und teilweise Brot angeboten wurde, kein luxery Niveau , kein e Tomaten keine frischen Eier , Kaffee Service schlecht , schmeckte überhaupt nicht, Tische wurde am Balkon nicht abgeräumt, sodass wir im du kein sitzen mussten , sehr enttäuschend , wir haben EUR 623 für Nächte bezahlt:-(
