“Good stay, need to improve in costumer service”
Good location, private pool, easy check in process
We arrived late night and we didn’t have any towels in the room, we have to use the sheets to take a shower, I called to the host number but they bring the towels the next morning, what a shame

Struttura molto tranquilla ed accogliente, in una zona sicura e ben servita da ristoranti e supermercati. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile (ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out riposti al sicuro). La piscina è piccola ma pulita, la camera spaziosa con un letto enorme, il bagno nuovo, piccolo ma con una bella doccia. Comoda ubicazione anche per raggiungere le spiagge della zona Hotelera. Super consigliata
La cucina comune non è ben attrezzata a livello di stoviglie e pentolame mentre il frigorifero è grande e spazioso.

Hébergement très bien pour 1 nuit propre avec cuisine partagée. À proximité de restaurants accessibles à pied. En dehors de la zone hôtelière de Cancun. Chambre petite pour 4 personnes. Parking à proximité dans la rue.
