Only the staff !
When we arrived we had no hot water, the next day they changed our room. They told us that breakfast requires a reservation and is only available at 10 or 11 because there is no room in the dining room before that. We ate outside. The next day when we arrived for breakfast the coffee machine was broken and there was not enough food for all the guests who were present at that time. And we no longer ate breakfast at the hotel, we asked for a refund. The location of the hotel is not pleasant, a small street and there are homeless people around and it is not pleasant to return in the evening. I would like to point out that the receptionists were great and only tried to help with all the hotel's problems.
