On the positive side, the breakfasts were delicious, and the food was fresh and of good quality. The staff were also excellentβpolite, helpful, and always willing to assist with any issues that arose during our stay.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the way the payment process is organized and presented on Booking. The propertyβs Booking page showed one price, but the hotel charged a different amount to my card. In addition, the hotel has not refunded the amount they promised would be returned after check-out. What is even more concerning is that after my stay, the price displayed on the Booking page was changed and increased. However, even this updated amount still does not match the amount that was actually charged to my card. To be clear, I have not received any refund whatsoever. The hotel also does not respond to my messages through the Booking platform. The location was extremely inconvenient. My mistake was relying on the map, as in reality all the main attractions and transport links are much farther away than they appear. The hotel does not provide any shuttle service to the metro station, and the nearest metro station is about a 30-minute walk away.

Fortunatamente niente di grave ma piccole cose che in un 4 stelle ti aspetti. Come per esempio trovare la dispensa di the e tisane riempita dopo averne usufruito la sera prima senza dover andare a richiederle e le tazze lavate e non lasciate abbandonate sul tavolo.
