  El hotel es muy bonito.

  Los recepcionistas no hacían lo posible por ayudar o solucionar las cosas, estaba un poco lejos de las zonas de poblaciones como tam coc, dependes de grab o moto para ir a todos los sitios, intentamos alquilar una moto alli tenian doble precio que en el pueblo y encima ni frenaba bien, no hay restaurantes cerca ni nada para salir a comer o cenar, la piscina solo se puede usar hasta las 9pm; no te podias dar un baño si querias por la noche, el restaurante lo limpiaban a las 13-14h por lo que tuvimos que comer en la recepción… el agua de la ducha tardaba 10 minutos en calentarse por lo que no sabias hacia qué lado era la caliente (no esta indicado con colores)… la primera noche nos duchamos con agua fria pensando que no iba… no nos avisaron. Desayuno normal.

  The hotel was extremely comfortable and spotless, the amenities were fantastic i.e pool, breakfast etc and finally the staff was very kind and helpful - we would have stayed a week longer if we could have!

  Just a small room for improvement - some of the rooms are a bit close to the motorway and it can get a little bit noisy at night, but this was totally bearable.
