“Buena ubicación”
Todo, habitación grande, atención muy buena, la ubicación perfecta
En los 3 primeros hoteles me dio la sensación que según cuantos fueran te daban una habitación y otra, me explico: Yo siempre cojo hoteles para dos con desayuno, y creo que tienen algo preparado, pero al ver que me presento solo me meten en otra habitación diferente. En estos 3 hoteles me metieron siempre en plantas intermedia y sin vistas, eso no me gustó

Mình đặt 2 phòng, có nhắn trước cho hotel bảo sắp xếp 2 phòng gần nhau, hotel đã đồng ý. Đến hôm check in lại xếp mỗi phòng một tầng. Yêu cầu xếp lại thì đôi co với khách mãi, thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Nhân viên lễ tân nam có thái độ không tốt, cau có, thiếu chuyên nghiệp, mãi đến khi quản lý ra mới thực hiện yêu cầu.

Địa điểm rất thuận tiện đi Phố Cổ, khách sạn ngay trung tâm nhưng rất yên tĩnh, phòng rất sạch, các bạn lễ tân rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình
“Does the job as a base for Ninh Binh sightseeing”
The bedroom and general hotel was nice with good decor. Everything seemed clean and the staff on the desk were very helpful in allowing me to try a scooter (as I hadn’t ridden one before) as well as giving me advice, they obviously meant the best for us and spoke good English too. The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was nice enough too.
The bathroom had seen better days, it wasn’t that bad but just not as good as the rest of the hotel. As I said, gym was very well equipped but not with any fan or air conditioning, so the room got very sweaty very quickly, but it does the job.
