  “Great Room, Great Location, Minor Pillow Issue”

  Great stay overall. The room was excellent and very comfortable, definitely a 5-star experience. The location is also a big plus. It’s right next to a luxury mall with great food options in the basement, and just outside is a beautiful park with a waterway. Perfect for walks, as it connects all the way to Jinji Lake, with lovely views of the Suzhou Ferris Wheel. Only a minor note on my end — I’m probably just being a bit picky. The room came with two soft pillows, and I didn’t think to request more at the time, so my neck wasn’t the happiest after the second night. More pillows or firmer options would be a nice touch.
