Hotel was cosy and the art in the room and common areas was a nice touch. The room itself was clean with enough space for a large trunk luggage and hiking backpack. Shower had great water pressure and aircon was strong - both essential after a hot or rainy day exploring Manila. Cosy cafe in the lobby did great coffee and food. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Great location if you're keen to be close to bars and Makati cbd.

No fridge in the room
We have stayed here before. This time we had a suite, very comfortable and this room has a fridge.
It seems impossible to obtain hot water from the hotel, and even the suite lacks an electric kettle. The vast majority of the world needs a hot drink to kick-start their day, and here Cayco let's us all down. Our room had 2 mugs (what for?), but no glasses. This area would benefit from a rethink and some minor investment in 30 kettles and 60 drinking glasses
