El hotel es una maravilla y las habitaciones estan genial. Tambien el spa es super guay.
El trato de la recepcionista al hacer el check in. Nos tuvo mas de 1h esperando para poder entrar en nuestras habitaciones. Primero porque decia que no le valía mi tarjeta de residencia en Rabat (trabajo y vivo aquí) habiendola utilizado en otras ocasiones sin ningun problema. Despues porque no eran capaces de ponernos las habitaciones en el.mismo pasillo a pesar de que previamente por Whatsapp les habia dicho el tipo de cama que queria y les habia expresado que queria cercanía en las habitaciones. Es una pena que a este tipo de hoteles le falle el personal.
