Lovely room with luxury products for customers use. L’Occitane, Dyson hair dryer,, complimentary soft drinks & snacks. Chandeliers in the bedroom. Exceptionally attentive staff, very comfortable bed. 2 pools, lovely & clean

The room has everything you need plus the extras. Staff are very accomodating and only a message away from assisting you with any problems, questions, or even if you would like your washing done on-site. Location is ideal, as it is right above the Imago Mall, which is a great place to go on a shopping spree or eat some delicious food!
Property photos and description is a little deceptive regarding the type of property it is. It makes you think that you are going to stay at a “hotel”, but it’s technically a subdivided apartment, made into multiple rooms. Due to the fact that it’s subdivided, the walls are somewhat thin, therefore you can hear people in other rooms if they are loud. Additionally, I didn’t mind too much because I am a deep sleeper but you might not like how much noise you can hear from the streets and the planes flying over, due to the lack of sound proofing.

Rather strange hotel, in a block, not what we expected, didn’t have proper hotel facilities, room was clean, toilet flush was not properly working, thankful we only had one night there
