No quilt cover on the beds. Old fashioned shower with shower curtain that flooded the bathroom with each shower. Door handle fell off. Broken glass on bathroom unit.

Two years ago, I stayed at this hotel and everything was excellent. Although the rooms are small, the location is very good, thereβs a kitchen, and overall itβs quite comfortable to live here. So when I urgently needed a place to stay overnight in Nusa Dua, I decided to stay here again.
As soon as I lay down on the bed, I felt some irritation or itching. At the time I didnβt pay much attention because I just wanted to sleep. However, when I woke up in the morning, I found bite marks all over my body. It might have been mosquitoes, but mosquito bites usually go away fairly quickly, and now, almost two days later, my skin is still itching. This looks like bed bugsβwhat a disgrace. A decent hotel in Nusa Dua should be able to wash its linens properly at the right temperature with appropriate detergents to eliminate pests like this. Disgusting.
