La posizione Γ¨ favolosa, in riva al mare con la barriera corallina a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. L'architettura ispirata allo stile nubiano dΓ a tutto il resort un carattere unico e in sintonia con le tradizioni dell'alto Egitto antico piuttosto che ai classici mega hotel di cemento e vetro. Gran parte del personale Γ¨ estremamente gentile e disponibile, pronta a venire incontro alle esigenze piΓΉ diverse. Spiccano in particolare il manager Gabriel e la receptionist Sara. Le camere sono spaziose e offrono piacevoli viste sulle varie piscine e/o il mare.
La struttura dovrebbe essere un po' piΓΉ curata nei dettagli e nella pulizia. Il fatto poi che siano in corso lavori di espansione con camion e trasporto materiali non Γ¨ piacevole. Il servizio bar dovrebbe essere migliorato introducendo eventualmente drink a pagamento. Sarebbe preferibile avere piΓΉ varietΓ di frutta fresca e cibi piΓΉ indicati al clima caldo del luogo. Offrire patatine fritte e hotdog nel pomeriggio a bordo piscina sembra completamente fuoriluogo. Infine, il resort dovrebbe poter offrire anche WI-Fi nelle camere e non soltanto intorno al ristorante e alla piscina. I bagni andrebbero piΓΉ curati, in particolare le docce.
