No communication. My reservation "didnt exist" as room had technical issue so i was moved to another hotel 20 mins away (wrong side from where i wanted). Front of house left me for 15min to speak to manager who didnt even have grace to tell me in person.

Location and style are lovely. It looks great.
The pillows are incredibly bad, like they were choosen by an interior designer but not tested for comfort. Both my wife and I ended up sleeping on makeshift pillows of towels. Reception said there were no other towel options. The room also had a weird automated toilet that made noise whenever someone went near it. I'd question the green credentials of a toilet that had a heated seat 24 hours around the clock. I don't think people want that. Buy some decent pillows and put in a normal toilet. Priorities are misjudged.
