The staff here were excellent and really tried to make this stay as comfortable as they could. They were incredibly apologetic for the situation. The issue with this hotel is not their fault and that needs to be understood by anyone who books this place. The breakfast and service was delightful. It's a historic property and that is usually a plus to us.
So much was of a poor standard for a supposed 5 star luxury stay. It was incredibly disappointing overall. We spent two nights at the W15 and were originally located in the Anderson room (back of property) before being moved to the Horton room (front of property). This was marginally better as it had a slight buffer from the sound coming from the military camp directly behind the property. The most important thing for anyone wanting to book this place is that it is incredibly noisy. The walls are paper thin and if one person walks through the property or speaks, you will hear it, even from the other rooms. If you are staying in the rooms at the rear of the property, you are right next to the military camp. That means you will hear reveille trumpets every morning at 5 am, plus at least 45 mins of chanting. Also, there was a giant festival in front of the property with loud music that went on until midnight. You can also hear through to the kitchen, despite them trying to reduce noise and close doors. Overall the noise was pretty unbearable and meant we did not have a well-rested stay. If you can sleep through that, then you might be ok. My partner even with earplugs could clearly hear everything. The Anderson room bathroom needs a full refurb. It had black mold on the ceiling and smelled of the sewer. The location is inconvenient as it is quite far from the center of the town. The walk is along backstreet and unlit roads, so it would be unwise for solo or female travelers to walk this route at night. The restaurant had a relatively limited selection of uninspired offerings for dinner, although that is somewhat understandable considering there are only 7 rooms. We chose to eat elsewhere both nights.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Beautiful views and excellent staff. Room was extremely comfortable with a great bathroom. Perfect for the one night we stayed. It would have been nice to have stayed longer.
