The food was good. However, we could only choose from a few types of drinks.
The first time we arrived, we didnβt have a reservation. The security guard said, "I canβt let you into the parking area." I asked, "If you won't let me in, how am I supposed to make a reservation?" He replied, "Alright, in that case, one person can go in." The staff cannot speak English. I have been to Alanya three times; for this price, you could stay in a much better and newer hotel. short, it would be an ideal vacation spot for people over 50βnot for young people. The rooms are very old and in need of renovation.

The rooms were clean, although quite old and in need of some renovation. The food was okay, with enough to eat, but nothing particularly special or memorable.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment for us was the lack of English-speaking staff. While communication in English at the reception was possible, it was very difficult in the restaurant and other areas of the resort. For an international hotel, I believe better English communication should be a basic expectation. In addition, some of the restaurant staff were quite rude and not particularly welcoming, which negatively affected our overall experience. Overall, the resort was acceptable, but the outdated rooms, average food, communication difficulties and attitude of some staff prevented us from giving it 5 stars. There is definitely room for improvement.
