The food quality is not good at all, most food taste is below average , no variety,low quality, seems to be an issue with the doors electronic lock i needed to reprogram the room magnetic key 3 times and it was very frustrating specially while being wet our of sea and to have to walk all over the hotel till the reception

Sun Resort Review ⭐⭐ Upon arrival at Sun Resort, the check-in staff was very nice, welcoming, and friendly. I truly appreciate the effort and kindness shown by the staff throughout my stay. Everyone I encountered was working hard and going the extra mile to please the guests. Unfortunately, my experience with the resort's facilities was quite disappointing. When I arrived at my room, a staff member discovered that there was no electricity—no lights and no air conditioning. He advised me that he would notify the front desk. After waiting approximately 20 minutes with no progress, I called the front desk and requested someone to come and check the issue. A very nice young lady named Marta arrived at my room and tried everything she could to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, she was unable to restore the power. She offered me the choice of waiting for an engineer or moving to another room. I decided to change rooms, and I appreciate her efforts and professionalism. However, the resort itself is in urgent need of significant upgrades and improvements. Here are my main concerns: Facilities: Many broken tiles throughout the resort, and numerous lights that do not work. Beds and mattresses: The beds are extremely low to the floor, and the mattresses are very uncomfortable. As soon as you sit or lie down, you sink deeply into the mattress, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Food: The food was extremely basic and repetitive, with the same selections being served day after day. There was very little variety. Evening entertainment: The nightly shows were disappointing, with the exception of the belly dancer, who was enjoyable. The other performances appeared very unprofessional, with very young performers and no consistent uniforms or presentation. I honestly feel bad writing this review because the staff members themselves were genuinely kind, hardworking, and doing their best to satisfy the guests. They deserve recognition for their efforts.
