“スタッフの対応がとても丁寧で心地よかったです”
エルニドタウンの中心にあるこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが素晴らしく、到着時からずっと笑顔で親切に対応してくれたのが印象に残っています。観光の相談をした時も、地元の情報を分かりやすく教えてくれました。少しチェックインの時に待たされましたが、それ以外はスタッフの気配りが行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。館内は清潔感があり、リラックスできる空間です。立地も海沿いで便利だったので、またエルニドに来る機会があればぜひ利用したいです。

The room and the hotel itself as well as the breakfast options were perfect. And the staff was wonderful and very helpful all the time.
I would say don’t book in advance especially in the low season because we realised too late that we were paying way more then we should have if we had booked closer to the dates

Una opción excelente para alojarte en El Nido. El hotel está ubicado en una ubicación excepcional, en el centro del pueblo y de la playa donde se cogen los tours. La habitación y baño muy cómodos. Destacar que en nuestra habitación ubicada en quinta planta hacia la montaña y, a pesar de estar en el centro del pueblo no nos afectó el ruido de la calle. Los servicios ofertados muy buenos, nos ofrecieron la opción de acceso al resort que tienen en la playa de Nacpan y lo disfrutamos muchísimo. También fuimos al Spa ubicado en las afueras a darnos un masaje y la experiencia fue más que satisfactoria. Los desayunos son una delicia, variados con muchas opciones a elegir, incluso puedes pedir una bolsa para llevar si te levantas temprano para hacer el tour. Pero lo realmente extraordinario y que me gustaría destacar es la calidad humana del personal que trabaja en e hotel, tanto en recepción, como el vigilante del acceso, el personal del restaurante y de los desayunos, siempre atendiendo con una sonrisa y ofreciendo ayuda para atender a todas nuestras necesidades así como interesados en conversar con nosotros acerca de como habíamos pasado el día. Sin duda repetiré en mi próxima visita a El Nido.
