La camera é bella e pulita
Il comportamento tenuto dal proprietario. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la doccia, non usciva l acqua calda e noi avendo solo un giorno per visitare Spalato era importante dopo una lunga giornata farci una doccia veloce per uscire subito e visitare la città ma abbiamo perso ore per lavarci perché lo scaldabagno non andava inizialmente il proprietario che non si spiegava il perché non funzionasse é stato disponibile ,dopo però per tutalarsi con booking perché avevo chiesto un rimborso parziale almeno visto che avevamo le ore contate e la camera aveva un prezzo elevato ha cambiato versione qua sul sito rigirando la storia che il problema era nostro e lui non c'entrava niente e non ci ha fatto passare un soggiorno sereno nella bella Spalato per un problema che non ci doveva essere o almeno si poteva risolvere con un po' più di eleganza e non ai danni dei soliti consumatori. La camera merita il lato umano da parte del proprietario no.

Great central location. Rooms had everything you needed and comfortable beds. Prompt replies to any questions/inquires.
Only one little issue of a tenant locking the main door so we were locked out but the owner was quick to get it sorted.

La ubicación inmejorable, justo en la entrada del casco histórico y no se escuchaba el exterior. Muy limpio y con todas las comodidades que se esperan. El anfitrión muy atento, amable y fácil de contacto, siempre disponible.
