I have stayed at Bellagio every year with my friends for many years. All staff especially the Manager, Mina, Wageh on reception, Khaled in the Rose restaurant and other staff in the Chinese, Lebanese, domestics, bar and beach staff are all welcoming, professional and happy. I was allocated a top floor sea view room which was very spacious, cleaned well but some of the furnishings require some attention. The live singers, harp player, violin player are excellent and the animation team do really well with entertaining both children and adults. There was also a fire show, Diva show and Brazilian show. There are always sunbeds and towels available at the pools and on the beach. Security staff are very serious and ensure that when you leave the Hotel they check your room number, taxi driver details and where you are going.
Unfortunately the food at the Rose restaurant has deteriorated in that on 2 occasions we were served food which was stone cold. Give the Manager his due he apologised and this and another issue was quickly rectified. By way of apology we were also offered any restaurant of our choice for that and any other evening. The other issue relates to the gym which used to be very good and now has scanty, broken and outdated equipment. For me both the food and the gym are essential requirements therefore sadly I fear that neither myself or my friends will return here.

Amazing vacation in this resort, the sea area is big , the food is delicious and available all the day, the animation team make a great job, every day they make a night show, i loved the electronic dance show, all the stuff are friendly and helpful, many thanks to Mr Mina Attia ( Guest Relations Manager) for care of us from checkin to checkout.
