Top-notch as might be expected from Taj, at a decent price. Beautifully appointed throughout and luxurious bedding ensured a good night's rest. Infinity pool was a nice space to unwind. Perfect location just 15 minutes from the airport and right next to the City Centre 2 mall. Staff were warm, courteous and helpful at any time of day or night.
One might have expected the food to be slightly better, but not really a complaint.
The staff and service were, without a doubt, the highlight of my stay. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive and courteous, and that little personal touch in the way they took care of things really stood out. It felt like the kind of hospitality I’ve come to associate with a true Taj experience...effortless, thoughtful and genuinely welcoming.
The room furniture and the bathroom were simply not up to the standards I would expect from a Taj experience. Most of the furniture was wooden and visibly dated, giving the room an old and somewhat substandard feel. Overall, the furnishings and bathroom fell short of the quality and upkeep I associate with the brand Taj.
