“Fascinating view of the beach , great room size , near city , helpful staff , cozyplace”
Let me start with the beautiful view of the rooms. whether you booked a garden view or a sea view . all the views are spectecular and the beach is just 1 minute from your room. Second, the staff is very polite and helpful and always are welcomy. Third, having such a beautiful resort to stay! and at the same time being near every tourisim places is a win. Because you can book the most beautiful hotel in this area and unfortunatley it will be very far from the city. Fourth, the room size is an addition too !. Last but not least , it is near mamshna hawana , the golf car can take you there , which is an area that have multiple resutaurants , coffee shops and supermarkets . And at the end you will have the best meshley drink upon your entrance. Thank you Fanar Club for the experience.
There are few areas that i wish to be improved in my next stay. First, making sure that the door lock is working , as it sometimes is not working and the room will be open despite closing the door. Second, renewing the robes , towels and beed sheets upon request, as i have requested but none have been changed ( cleanliness need to be improved) . Moreover, The muggs that i used didnt came back to the room despite asking for it multiple times. Fourth, Making sure that the phone is working , as due to the rain the phone was cut off abut none came to fix it, which made very hard to communicate with the reception as the reception is in another building.

اول اشكر كل الشباب العماني الذين يعملون في الفندق اما بنسبه للفندق للأسف تأخير في تسجيل الدخول لمدة ساعه كامله وسبب يوجد شخص واحد ويبذل مجهود جبار في سبيل استقبال المقيمين في الفندق الغريب بأن فندق بهذا الحجم يوجد موظف استقبال واحد فقط اما المشكله التي تعرضت هي انقطاع التيار الكهربائي عن الغرفه في تمام الساعه الرابع فجرا تم ارسال شخاص قام فقد بأعادة التيار الكهرباء ورحل وبعدها بساعات تم انقطاع التيار الكهربائي مره اخرى بتمام الساعه السادسه صباح حيث تصلت في الاستقبال أخبرته باني اريد تغير الغرف بسبب انقطاع التيار الكهربائي واخبرني بعدم توفر غرف هلا يعقل ان يحدث هذه الشي في فندق بهذه الحجم... بعد رحيلي من الفندق تم التواصل معي من قبل مسؤل الاستقبال لحل المشكله
The facilities are poor, with only one restaurant on site. The beach looked more like a construction site than a beach, which was extremely disappointing. The staff were slow, unresponsive, and seemed to take every opportunity to overcharge guests. From unreasonable exchange rates and commissions to arranging taxis that charged roughly twice the market rate, the experience felt like we were constantly being taken advantage of. When we arrived at our room, there was a large amount of standing water inside, which was obviously unacceptable. They blamed the weather. I informed reception that we wanted to cancel the remainder of our booking, and they literally laughed in our faces and told us that we would not receive any refund. We moved to another hotel for the rest of our stay and had a completely different, much better experience. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of better options where you will receive much better service and value for money.
The rooms are quite big, the hotel is very quite, it was no people al all. The staff was friendly and the hotel area is very big.
It was construction around so you don't get a relaxed atmosphere and nice views, the beach in front of our room was not equipped. The waiting time at reception was too long despite the fact that we were the only guests. I think that the level of services for a club hotel could be more client oriented and attentive. The place feels like abandonned, may be it was not a season or other reasons but it looks like there is no one at this place.
