The location and the immense natural beauty around the hotel. The staff were top tier and very attentive.

Location was ideal as many tour companies picked up from the location we were staying for free in order to get to the caves.
Receptionist (the only staff we had contact with) wasn't helpful at all, he asked for our WhatsApp so we could text him if he needed help, to which he proceeded only to text us repetitively to cancel our tour bookings and book through him, moreover when texted with any issues or problems we had he would just leave the message on read and ignore them. Issues included no hot water no wifi and only 1 towel provided for a 3 person room. He also wished to keep our passports for the whole duration of our stay which hasn't happened anywhere else but luckily we didn't allow him to do so.
