“Convenient city location”
A convenient city location. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, and the room was tidy, I'd say it's a basic 4 star hotel. The beach is not particularly close, and the walk there takes you through streets that are not the most scenic, so better to take a Grab. Separate thanks to Kaka, Rio and SJ for their warmth, kindness and genuinely friendly service.
Coming after the exceptional service standards in Nusa Dua and Ubud, expectations here should be managed. While the staff is generally polite, the service feels transactional. The food was a major letdown. Breakfast was very average (some days the fruit was borderline sour and pastries felt stale). We also ordered a medium tuna steak for lunch, which was served in small overcooked pieces, and management completely ignored our feedback.
