Absolutely NOTHING
First of all the receptionist is very unprofessional and she gave me a feeling as if i was checking in in a motel not a five starts hotel as they say. I arrived at the hotel around 1:30pm and they made me stay at the reception till 3pm for the check in time even though they had plenty of empty rooms . I asked for a quite room and they gave an interconnected room even though they had plenty of empty rooms , they have only one kind of pillowβs which I find uncomfortable at all and when i asked for different types of pillows they said they donβt have any , furniture is old and over used and bathroom fan is very noisy and the ac is super cold it doesnβt stop even if you turn it off , my advice is stay away from this property by all means .

Galaria Hotel offers a very good location and decent food, making it a convenient choice for business stays. I would also like to recognize Mr. Luay Al Ghamdi, Assistant Front Office Manager, for his excellent customer service and professional support. His proactive assistance, attention to detail, and commitment to providing the best possible service contributed greatly to my overall satisfaction. I highly appreciate his efforts and the high level of service provided throughout my stay.
