I booked a room here, but upon arrival, we were told the hotel was fully booked and were sent to another, extremely dirty hotel that was nowhere near the same standard. No transfer or proper assistance was provided, and at 3 a.m. we had to find another hotel in Mumbai ourselves. We requested a refund, but after more than a month, we still haven’t received it. The property also ignores our calls and emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You may arrive with a confirmed booking and still end up without a room.
