“The breakfast was a waste of money”
The location and decor
The breakfast was the biggest let down . The hot water in flask was cold, no clean cups, dirty surface, no clean tables to sit at and the food was very poor.

Eric who was at reception that helped with bags .he made our stay , such fun and talkative 10/10 for ERIC . The rest at reception were a bit lifeless to be fair didn't even ask us did we enjoy our stay ... hotel was beautiful.
I didn't like the fact that is was a soaker shower only on the bath, no second little shower if u didn't want to get your hair drenched when turning on soaker so that was very disappointing

“Great Location, great Hotel- can’t fault it”
Brilliant location- easy walk from train station- in the heart of the cavern quarter
Because it was in the heart of the Cavern Quarter it was a little noisy, as our room was backed on to an alley way closest to the Cavern, and only because my husband had a difficult night, not feeling the best, it kept him awake, then the garbage trucks came down the alley way too- had he been asleep he wouldn’t have heard it I doubt. Over all we loved it, wished we had time to stay longer
