Гостиница четырем звездам не соответствует. Были в ней три дня, потом перебрались в другое место. За три дня нам ни разу не поменяли постель и полотенца. При заселении выяснилось, что диспенсеры в душе пустые, ни геля, ни шампуня. Питание в гостинице довольно скудное. Кофеварки нет, стоит только банка растворимого кофе. Заказал манговый фреш, сделали с волосами. Одна из двух официанток ЧУДОВИЩНО шаркает ногами. А еще туда приходят кушать местные рабочие. Заходят в столовую прямо в оранжевой грязной робе и касках, и тут же едят. Я ничего не имею против того, что гостиница имеет с кем-то договор на питание, но вы разделите гостей и рабочих по времени или по зонам. Ну или не заявляйтесь как 4 звезды.

El trato del personal (Livin Shani) fue muy amable con nosotras y la habitación estaba muy bien aunque no nos realizaron la limpieza y nos hubiese gustado que nos la hicieran aunque nos quedábamos dos noches solo.
El gimnasio y el desayuno. Para ser un buffet era muy escaso y las cosas estaban sin reponer. Las actividades que ofrece el hotel tienen un precio muy elevado

Our stay at this hotel has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is very comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the entire staff is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff. I can honestly say that I have rarely felt so well cared for in a hotel. The level of attention, warmth, generosity, and genuine kindness has been extraordinary. I would especially like to thank Luhushan, Livin, and Shani. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, welcome, and looked after at every moment. Their kindness feels completely genuine, and they treated us with such warmth and care that we felt almost like family rather than hotel guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, excellent food, and, above all, truly exceptional hospitality. We will remember this stay with great affection. ❤️
Nothing. I have travelled to many places around the world, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality and personal attention anywhere else. This is, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received in all my years of travelling.
