Great location, helpful staff but clearly cleaning ladies were overwhelmed with the amount of work. Swimming pool and bar were great. The room had a nice balcony.
Cleanliness - the rooms are not properly cleaned, there was dust everywhere. Same for the bathroom - they need a deep cleaning. Overall, the hotel is outdated and not up to standards for a 4 stars nowadays. The carpet in the hall needs urgent change or deep cleaning, besides the visible dirt, it was smelling bad as well.
Staff where all kind hard working and friendly.
The room was disappointing out dated and dirty in the corners didn't feel clean and an uncomfortable bed. Bathroom shower hose was spirting out water on the hose and bath took ages to fill up. Furniture in the cocktail bar was dirty and worn out material, springs had gone in chairs. Breakfast buffet was very basic. Even tho the pool and spa was cleanest of everything I still would not recommend this hotel
