“Several issues happened including deposit”
The hotel is in a relatively quiet and safe area. It’s also convenient for getting around.
There were many groups of guests from within the U.S., and they were noisy from early in the morning. Some guests were inconsiderate. I asked the front desk to address the noise, but nothing changed. Online check-out was convenient, but the deposit I paid at check-in has not yet been returned. I have emailed the hotel about this but have not received a reply yet.
