Nhân viên xe điện và nhân viên khu trèo cayak cực kì thái độ và không niềm nở. Khách có 2 cái vali to đến đón ngồi im trên xe không biết bê cho khách. Với 1 trải nghiệm ở resort 5 sao nthe là quá thất vọng!
“Overall Underwhelming”
It had one of the most beautiful architecture I have seen for a hotel in my life. Exquisite
1. There was a urine smell in the room. We asked for clean up and they put on some oils/candles in the room but it only masked the smell while it was light. 2. Although the property was kept pretty well, the management of the property was poor. For instance there is no map that showed where each of the facilities were I.e. gym, pool, rooftop bar and other facilities. Therefore every time we would have to send a message to the front desk by WhatsApp which was tiresome. Why not have a proper map? Also, asking staff wasn’t really helpful as most were quite shy with their english and could not respond in english for any simple question - this is not the staff’s fault but a management issue. 3. For an international brand of hotels, their pizza was quite unacceptable. 4. Due to the heavy rain, every time we went out we were asked to use the golf cart to take us from breakfast hall to room. Although the drivers were doing a great job, contacting the front desk every time was tiresome. Why not have a button of some kind that calls the golf cart infront of your building. Also no staff were able to for instance call for the cart for you at the restaurant after paying the bill despite it raining cats and dogs without you having to ask them. It seems quite natural to call for pickup for the customer in this situation. I feel like there are many more issues I could list, but overall the management of the property is unfortunate despite having spent what seems like a lot of money on this site to develop and I wish they invested more in their non-reception staff as they too will definitely be interacting by with non-Vietnamese speaking customers.

The villas were clean inside and the aircon was cold.
There was no maintenance done around the area. It was starting to become very over grown. The pool was not the cleanest it could have done with a clean and some chemicals.
