“The stolen phone in my room and the staff lying to me ruined all my stay”
My phone was stolen in my hotel room. The staff delayed the investigation until I left. After a lots of follow-up they ended up laying to me in order to protect their staff. They didn’t want to take any responsibility. Which was very frustrating. If you plan to stay in that hotel take with you all your important staff whenever you go.
