Rooms have air conditioners whose temperature you cannot change in the room , and set at 25 degrees. No one tells you at the reception when you checkin. I mean if you are paying for a ac, then should be able to change temperature yourself. Anyway, then the staff says it is centrally set at 24 degrees and they canβt change. Then another says, I have put it at 18, but your room will continue to show 25. The to remained hot, what a mess.asked them to change room twice: no we do not have another room. Pillows super high: I mean you will definitely get a strain in your neck. They changed it after asking twice Water bottle in the room : only first day is complimentary .. other days you have to drink tap water or buy if you wish Fridge in room: not working and not stocked No glass to drink water, perhaps one in toilet, was for for drinking Purchased wine bottle and pizza from downstairs bar/ restaurant. They say you have to take it upstairs yourself if you want it now, .. we can only bring it when we bring pizza. I mean I have not seen customers carry ice bucket, wine glasses, bottle of wine and taking them to the room. Them came the order in the room. I asked the waiter for some ketchup, and he said I will have to get it myself, but then changed his mind and got for me. Spoken 2-3 times with staff, say rather then manager reaching out to me, come here in morning and ask for him.
