“不能再糟糕了”

我去过几十个国家，通过BOOKING平台订房也有几十个酒店。这个酒店是我住过的最差的酒店！我们一行预定了15间房。按到店支付的房价订房后，酒店就要求我们提前支付50%的房款。在跟BOOKING交涉后，BOOKING回复邮件，不用理酒店的无理要求。可是我们8月31号到达酒店后，酒店以我们没有支付50%款项为由，拒绝提供我们预定的15间客房。经交涉只提供6间房，价格还高于我们预定房间的房价。时值晚上11点多钟，我们不得不接受该酒店的勒索，接受这6间房。同时又不得不在其他酒店临时找了9间高价客房。酒店同意提供后面3天的客房（我们一共预定4天），但是要按我们预定的两种不同房型价格高的支付房费。我们向酒店要住房发票，酒店先是要求另外支付税费，我给他们看了订单上含税费的内容后，酒店又提出离店是才能提供发票。离店时又以房间还没有检查不开发票。经过激烈交涉，酒店开了发票但又拒绝盖章。几经交涉，虽然最后盖了章，这家酒店对待客人的恶劣态度，让人真是无语！酒店的服务同样一团糟，我们15间房分散安排在5栋不同的别墅（其他别墅都是空的），其中9栋一天要挑几次电闸，酒店也不同意换房。酒店应该提供自助早餐，9月3日酒店以员工要国庆休息取消自助餐，只提供一份点餐。4号我们感觉点餐分量不够，要求增加一个鸡蛋，酒店居然拒绝！在我们强烈要求恢复自助早餐后酒店才同意增加一个鸡蛋。其实，酒店根本就不是什么员工需要休假，而是3号以后只有我们15间房有客人。我们体量了酒店的困难，酒店却得寸进尺。这样的酒店会坏了BOOKING的名声！我们强烈要求BOOKING就这家酒店的糟糕服务提供赔偿。
I like the Tuyen Lam Lake
I don’t like the service. The Tuyên Lam lake view is so nice with tree and water and I do not understand why some steel pillars constructed among those natural view. It seems this property does not respect the environment. I never stay this hotel anymore.
