Staff is friendly n approaching reception..dinning staff unfriendly We stayed two nights..tea tray not top up..bath towels not replaced..towels used but wet..
Pl ensure tea tray were not top up daily.towels given as there no heating in summer..towels used were used on first day...

“Relaxing break with lots to do and see”
Close proximity to station, room was spacious with excellent facilities. Good options available at self service breakfast. Highlight has to be the professional and welcoming attitude of the staff.
10 am checkout time seemed a bit early ( although there was an option to arrange a later checkout) there was some noise from the road below, but not very significant
“Great location, clean room”
The location is fantastic for anyone who doesn't like to drive. It's right across from the Aberdeen train and bus stations. The food was good quality and not overpriced. The room was small, but clean. There were a pair of power strips to compensate for a dearth of electric outlets on the side of the room where the bed is.
I get that the building is old, but I felt bad for any guests staying below me due to the creaking of the floorboards at nearly every step I took. The room didn't have a lamp by the bed, just the overhead light and a light by the desk that didn't work off of a separate switch from the overhead light. Also, the doors to the rooms all slam shut if guests are not careful. I tried not to let my door slam every time I left or came back.

Very very comfortable bed, excellent staff and food, very convenient location, overall a very good experience, I would definitely stay here again if I visit Aberdeen in the future.
Noise from outside (single glazed sash windows} although this didnt affect my sleep at all, some paint peel on the ceiling, and thats about it.
