“Decepción grande con el desayuno”
El hotel era bonito y limpio
Hotel Prana boutique Tulum El Hotel incluía el desayuno. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el restaurante estaba cerrado por mantenimiento, no vimos a nadie en los 3 días trabajando. Llegamos a la conclusión que estaba cerrado porque era temporada baja, solo nos encontramos con dos clientes. Nos dieron un “vale” para ir a desayunar a 200 m a un restaurante de una calidad muy inferior a la del Hotel, que habíamos contratado . El desayuno era pobre, el sitio no estaba limpio había muchos mosquitos mucho calor, incomido. Ante nuestra queja no hubo ninguna alternativa. Por lo que finalmente tuvimos que buscarnos el desayuno por nuestra cuenta. Si lo hubiéramos sabido, no hubiéramos reservado ese Hotel.

Mooi nieuw verzorgd hotel waar je een goede nachtrust kan krijgen. Prima zwembad erbij.
Kamers zijn minimalistisch ingericht met nagenoeg geen opbergruimte. Er is geen echte badkamer aanwezig waardoor je douche en toilet zich gewoon echt in je kamer bevinden. Dit vonden wij niet fijn en fris. Ontbijt was matig en moest worden genuttigd bij een restaurant om de hoek.
Camera grande e accogliente, staff molto gentile e posizione comoda. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il servizio di noleggio teli per la piscina e la possibilità di ricaricare le borracce con acqua fresca.
Peccato che bar e ristorante fossero chiusi. In camera sarebbe meglio avere una porta che separi il bagno dal resto della camera
