I liked how quiet the house is. I liked the free parking on the street, which was convenient to the house. I found the bed and bedding to be very comfortable. There were plenty of outlets for charging and medical gear. There is a shared refrigerator for anything you need to chill. I liked that my room had a space heater.
I really enjoyed how comfortable and quiet property was.

1) no one was there to let me in despite having been told he would be there until 11:30pm. Another guest let me in 2) room was cold; located in basement, which had damp smell; no toiletries provided; only 1 towel and never changed during visit, no washcloth, sheets never changed during 6 days; only coffee for 1 cup per day was provided; and no one to provide clean towels, sheets, etc;, shower was filty; carpet in bathroom was filthy. 3) RADON GAS needs to be checked for guests safety! 4) cigarette butts were in container & had not been dumped on a long time. Smell was overwhelming! Overall this facility is not a place to stay! A Youth Hostel would be better!
“MIGLIORABILE”
Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti in un gruppo di 11 persone. Cinque di noi hanno dormito nel dormitorio, mentre gli altri sei erano distribuiti nelle camere doppie. La struttura dispone di 6 posti nel dormitorio e 4 camere doppie, per un totale di 14 posti letto. Tuttavia, ci sono soltanto due bagni con doccia: uno è condiviso tra il dormitorio e una camera doppia al piano inferiore, mentre l’altro serve le tre camere doppie al primo piano. È presente anche un terzo bagno al piano terra, ma senza doccia. A mio parere il numero di bagni, e soprattutto di docce, è insufficiente per la capienza della struttura. La posizione è ottima, ma la manutenzione e la gestione potrebbero essere migliorate. Siamo arrivati intorno alle 20:00 e alcune camere non erano ancora pronte; abbiamo inoltre dovuto aspettare per ricevere gli asciugamani. I bagni erano sporchi e i cestini non erano stati svuotati. Anche la cucina non era particolarmente pulita e, considerando i 14 posti letto, era poco attrezzata: c’erano solo tre cucchiai, tanto che abbiamo dovuto fare colazione a turni. Anche la lavastoviglie era ancora piena e non era stata svuotata. Il dormitorio, inoltre, non corrisponde alle foto pubblicate: è molto più piccolo di quanto sembri e lo spazio è così ridotto che è difficile persino muoversi tra i letti. Infine, durante il nostro soggiorno il proprietario era sempre presente e ha anche dormito nella struttura. Alcuni ospiti potrebbero non considerarlo un problema, ma noi abbiamo percepito la sua presenza come piuttosto invasiva. La struttura ha sicuramente del potenziale grazie alla posizione, ma avrebbe bisogno di maggiore cura nella pulizia, una migliore organizzazione degli spazi e servizi più adeguati al numero di ospiti. Ospitare così tante persone senza comfort proporzionati rischia di compromettere l’esperienza complessiva.
