Do not be fooled by the high-end marketing. A glass teapot lid slipped during our stay, and we reported the broken glass to the front desk at 7:30 AM. Shockingly, the hotel refused to clean it up, telling us an hour later that "no cleaning service was available." Leaving active glass shards unaddressed in a guest room is a severe safety violation.Instead of helping, management was solely focused on revenue extraction, slapping us with an unconscionable surcharge of NT$1,100 for a mass-produced consumable. A genuine luxury hotel protects its guests and absorbs standard operational accidents. This place operates like a trapโeager to fine you, but incapable of providing basic hospitality. Avoid.
