Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et attentionné, en particulier Haithem, qui s’est montré d’une grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement reçus avec un jus de bienvenue. La restauration est variée et savoureuse, et nous avons même droit à un goûter et à des boissons en soirée. La plupart des animations se déroulent à l’amphithéâtre de l’hôtel, ce qui permet aux clients de profiter du calme et de se reposer tranquillement dans leurs chambres.
Ce que j’ai moins apprécié, c’est la chambre, qui ne correspondait pas à mes attentes. Les équipements étaient anciens et l’entretien laissait à désirer. Malgré une bonne climatisation, l’odeur d’humidité persistait et la connexion internet était de très mauvaise qualité.
