Accueil super, aide pour organisation des transferts, conseil pour visite. Location de vélo 50000 donc par jour, pratique. Chambre simple mais propre, climatisation et ventilo. Très tranquille.

The hosts were super friendly and accommodating - They helped us with a lot of our daily plans, providing recommendations, travel options, and practical advice. There was a genuine interest in what our plans were and great communication. Bicycles were available for daily rental, which was great because we could explore the surrounding areas with ease. Breakfast was great, fresh, and there were several options to choose from. The room and bathroom were clean and simple, the aircon worked well, and there was also a fan (we stayed in a twin room). The location is great, surrounded by plenty of cafes and places to eat, and just a short walk from the main town and lake. The hosts can also arrange your transport to several areas, including Hanoi, by bus.
One thing to note is that there is no set reception desk with 24/7 service. The hosts are lovely and help out in any way they can, but are busy (understandably!) and not always in the ground floor area, so you may have to wait/check back a few times if you have a question. Not a large issue at all, and they are very helpful when you see them, but just something to be aware of!

Il ne savait pas de bouteille d'eau dans les chambres ils servent le café mais il met pas de sucre avec le café ni des doses de lait franchement le Vietnam pour ça ils sont encore très loin il faudrait qu'il copie un peu sur la Thaïlande et les prix sont très élevés par rapport au service
