Clean
Not a smart TV so no netflix etc. Gave us the wrong room on check in and then made like it was our problem when we asked to be put in the correct room. Even asked us "why didn't we know when we checked it" ( i dont know what rooms are what).Washing machine is old and had no instructions on how to use it, held my laudry hostage for 4 hours. I would say the biggest let down was the lack of approachability and accountability from staff when issues arose. That would have changed everything dramatically.
