Let's start with the check in procedure that were pretty complicated. To begin with, this isn't a hotel room. No receptionists to talk to. No amenities left in the room. The towels reeked... No room service. No cleaning. No storage area for your luggage. Nothing but poor communication and bad customer service that was merely done over WhatsApp. A complete rip off and waste of money.
“Cozy room in a great location”
The location was very convenient close to many eating places and spas. The view from the balcony was great. The bed was very comfortable. Soft lighting in the room gave it a cozy ambience. Staff response was fast. The faulty kettle was replaced within 30 mins of my calling in. Communication with the host was AI assisted and was fast and efficient.
It was hard to locate the exact letterbox where the card key was kept as the unit number did not run in sequence with the rest of the units. A photo would be helpful. Only 1 card key was supplied. This means the 2 guests must always be together which made it rather inconvenient at times. Should have requested for one more. The long corridor leading to the room was not airconed and not well ventilated. Coupled with the thick carpet which appeared not so well cleaned, the corridor was smelly. There were no daylight curtains in the room to filter out the morning glare. Not enough hangers were provided. Should have requested for a few more. Finally, the microfiber towel provided tend to smell after just one use unlike normal cotton towels that can be used several times. No teaspoons were provided. Should have requested.
