Все понравилось. Расположение прекрасное, первая линия, пляж отличный, людей мало. Тихое местоположение, вежливый персонал. Бассейны, мини рынок, кафе и магазин расположен рядом. За такие деньги, хороший отель
В номере были построены какие то подиумы и чтобы выйти на балкон, встать с кровати, нужно проходить "квесты по подьему и спуску", т.е. запрыгивать и спрыгивать с подиума.
“Номер для долгосрочного проживания не подходит абсолютно!”
Из плюсов - удачное местоположение, первая линия, до пляжа 2 минуты. Нас заселили в номер №302 «Улучшенный номер с кроватью размера «king-size» на 3 этаже, корпус у моря. Номер не совпадал с фото на сайте, который мы бронировали. При просьбе переселить в соответствующий номер нам отказали. Сказали, что всё занято и это тот самый номер, который мы бронировали. Написали хозяину в WhatsApp, (т.к. парень, который заселяет в номера ни за что не отвечает), приложили фото с сайта (наше ожидание) и те фото, что в реальности. Но то, что они не соответствуют, хозяина не волновало...
Про сам номер. 1. Странные деревянные конструкции на полу, которые занимают 80% от всего номера (которых не должно было быть!). На фото с сайта конструкция занимает место только под кроватью и перед балконом. Даже посидеть на кровати было невозможно, колени были на уровне лица. Максимально неудобно жить в таком номере! Того, кто разрабатывал дизайн номеров данного отеля, ждет отдельный котёл в аду! 😈 2. При заселении номер оказался очень грязным: на поверхностях везде пыль, тропинки из муравьев, пришлось убирать всё самим. Из-за этих же муравьев в номере запрещено есть, оставлять еду на столе и бросать пищевые отходы в мусорку. 3. Неприятный запах и потёки от еды в холодильнике. Электричество в номере работает от карточки-ключа и, уходя из комнаты, постоянно отключается холодильник! За целый день без электричества еда портится и заванивается, поэтому холодильник воняет едой от всех предыдущих постояльцев. Холодильник, кстати, мы тоже отмывали сами. 4. Номер расположен так, что солнце в него попадает только в первые утренние часы, а из-за влажного климата в нем образуется запах сырости, который никуда не уходит, чуть лучше только с открытыми окнами, сыростью пахли все подушки и простыни. Персонал отеля предложил нам решить эту проблему с помощь освежителя воздуха, браво👏🏼, и частым проветриванием, что нам и пришлось постоянно делать, пока находились в номере. 5. Кондиционер так же был очень грязным (и его мы мыли тоже сами!🤣 проще уже сказать, что мы в номере не мыли...) Дует он прямо на кровать, настроить поток воздуха сложно, спать с ним и без него практически невозможно. Кстати, он так же отключается, когда вы уходите из номера и возвращаетесь, соответственно, в душный номер с неприятным ароматом холодильника, духоты и затхлости. Судя по отзывам, в целом отель сомнительный, хозяину плевать на гостей, их предпочтения и пожелания, он преследует только жажду наживы и относится ко всему с халатностью.

Der var så meget byggestøj fra nabo-opgangen at vi måtte rejse før tid. Det startede tidligt om morgenen og sluttede sent om aftenen. Det lød i lange perioder som om, at de var ved at bryde væggen til værelset ned. Vi havde i udgangspunktet booket en hel uge og anmodende om at få refunderet de sidste to nætter, men blev mødt med afvisning og slutteligt intet svar på vores beskeder. Kan på ingen måde anbefales.

Ah where to begin… first of all there is no reception, only bar. Bar tenders have contacted someone and the guy with 0 english came around to collect the money and give the keys to the rooms. We have arrived to the property earlier than check in time but we have informed hotel a day before that and hotel approved earlier check in. When we have entered the room….I never seen such a mess. It looks like that someone was “making babies” in the room minutes before we arrived. Very dirty, human fluids over the bed, dirty bed sheets. We have complained to the hotel “boss” via whatsapp that it’s not acceptable and we would like to receive a refund and move on somewhere else. Obviously “boss” did not want to listen anything about it and started to blame us because we have had earlier check in. Cleaners came around to clean the rooms and while we were waiting we started to talk to bar tenders, guys told us that cleaners are washing bed sheets with the fastest washing machine function (15min) to reduce time and cost. He told us (he works in the kitchen) that cleaning staff is not great and making mess in the kitchen and “boss” do not care. So check in starts at 15:00 but at 16:00 we came to check the rooms and it was still dirty. Only bedsheet changed and floor was mopped. But as we’ve heard from bar staff about hygiene in this hotel all I wanted is to go far away from it. We have tried to contact “boss” and have a conclusion, they have not offer us to change the rooms, did not apology but he/she ignored us so we had nothing left to do as to leave the keys at the bar and move somewhere else. We have contacted booking.com and they are working and helping us with the refund. If you are reading this, please avoid this hotel, yes it’s cheap, but it still not worth it. Kaira hotel falls under few names that you can find here on booking. Be careful and compare photos because it did not look like in the photos.
