“Maravilloso hotel.”
No sé por dónde empezar, porque creo que es el mejor hotel, en lo que al trato al cliente se refiere, en el que hemos estado.Lo primero a destacar es la maravillosa atención de todo el personal, empezando por la directora, pendiente en todo momento de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto y siguiendo por el resto de trabajadores, siempre atentos y encantadores (incluso tuvieron el detalle de dejarle en la habitación, un pastel con vela, a una persona de nuestro grupo que cumplía años). Además te reciben con una bebida de cortesía en la terraza del hotel. En la habitación había desde cafés y agua a disposición, hasta albornoz y zapatillas. El desayuno entiendo que sea al estilo turco y aunque es cierto que nosotros echamos de menos un poco más de dulces, es abundante, hay una pequeña carta para elegir cosas que te preparan en el momento y entre todo, encuentras cosas al gusto. Nos gestionaron también el taxi de la vuelta al aeropuerto. En definitiva, una elección acertadísima y sin duda, recomendable!!!
No hubo nada porque, si bien es cierto que llegamos por la noche y la calle nos asustó un poco, enseguida vimos que no deja de ser una calle típica de Estambul, totalmente segura y a cinco minutos, te encuentras toda la animación y la gran vida que tienen a todas horas, la torre Gálata y sus alrededores.

Die Lage war perfekt hinsichtlich der Logistik, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Man kann die Tram/ Busse/ Fähren in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war gut und das Bett gemütlich.
Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist wenig attraktiv.
