“It was a lovely reprieve from a busy life and so a very pleasant time out.”
Room was spacious and we had a garden view from the window which was very pleasant.
The water pressure in the shower was low.

The hotel and location is excellent
Upon arrival the concierge staff member checking us in was officious, couldn't find our booking ( this was not his fault) but he present himself in a self righteous manner with rude overtones. No one took our bags to our room ( before you come at me, we were in a suite and it is classified as a luxury small hotel) When we got to our room it was discovered our electric blind remote was faulty, although no one mentioned our curtains were electric so very confusing and then discovered only one window curtain and block out blind was electric all others manual. They have a online room manual but internet was down so couldn't have found this information out anyway. We didn't understand air con and thermostats so asked concierge to come up, same chap as whom checked us in, it worked out aircon remote and thermostats were the same devices but he chose tell me this in is condescending and patronising way, so let's say it didn't end well. Take all that away we enjoyed our stay very much.
