Location and the staff service. This is my 7th visit and stay in the hotel and there is consistency on the front desk service.
The Zest Restaurant morning breakfast continued to face the same issue, lack of experience staff to manage the overall station and the presentation of the food. Last visit that I have highlighted about the high presence of teaching students/interns at the stations and it is still the same. Interns is likely not the issue, it is about supervision and training. I noticed a few suited supervisors hanging around the restaurant but wondering what is their role? Hopefully Dusit really looked into this issue, before it deteriorate further on the service level.
