“Value for money.”
The staff were friendly. Location is accessible to public transportation. Rooms are well maintained. Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Food tastes good.
No elevators. We had 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have a window. Noises from outside were audible from another room facing/near the main road. This made sleeping uncomfortable.

This hotel is very convenient being in the centre of Albay, being half way through the commute to Legaspi city centre and Daraga is the main advantage. The room and facilities have been clean and tidy and it's just worth the money. The staff have been the kindest (a quick mention to ate's and kuya's: Jam, Franz, Mikee, Nica, and Maw) and made my stay the most comfortable.

Good location, front desk was accommodating
Room smelled moldy, floor was dusty and room air conditioning wasn’t on when we checked it so the room felt like an oven when we entered. Went down for breakfast at 7:30am, was told they ran out of most dishes and they will not refill. We ended up with fried fish fillet and canned corned beef. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, good thing the staff are willing to assist with the luggage
