“Don’t do it!”
Ondanks dat ik vooraf wat andere slechte recensies zag, hoopte ik toch op een goede ervaring door de hoge beoordeling en 4 sterren. Ik ben na 1 nacht meteen uitgecheckt, voor het eerst in al mijn reizen. De kwaliteit stond totaal niet in verhouding tot de prijs. De kamer zat vol schimmel en ik merkte het meteen aan mijn gezondheid. Beddengoed, handdoeken en de badmat hadden allemaal vlekken. Het hoofdkussen was zo smerig, dat het door de kussensloop heen scheen. Het was sterk verouderd, vooral in de badkamer. Het oogde niet hygiënisch, er was veel kalk en de douche bleef koud. Gelukkig deed de receptionist niet moeilijk over mijn annulering en ik kreeg mijn geld volledig terug. Uit het gesprek trok ik de conclusie dat ik zeker niet de enige ben die voortijdig is vertrokken.
My room was huge, but it was a bit old fashioned and fairly basic. The bed was comfortable though, so that was good. The pool was quite nice and getting a sun lounge wasn't a problem.
It was quiet, which l normally like, but it felt a bit dull.
“Pésimo alojamiento”
No me gustó nada
Si no queréis arruinar vuestras vacaciones en Bali NO OS ALOJÉIS EN ESTE HOTEL. Alquilamos dos habitaciones para dos familias y cuando entramos la encontramos completamente SUCIA. Papeleras sucias, almohadas sucias y llenas de moho, sábanas sucias, cuarto de baño sin limpiar, WC muy sucio, toalla de pies igual… ni había nada limpio. Las instalaciones antiguas y sucias llenas de humedades por todos lados. Las fotos no tienen nada que ver a la realidad. Pedimos por favor que entraran de nuevo a limpiar porque no habían entrado a limpiar y solamente fueron a cambiar las papeleras, lo demás lo dejaron todo igual. Volvimos a pedir una tercera limpieza y que nos cambiaran las almohadas y querían dejar las mismas. Por supuesto pedimos una compensación tanto al hotel como por booking y el hotel no ha querido hacerse cargo, lo único que nos ofrecieron fue un check out más tarde. Es vergonzoso lo de este alojamiento. Yo he vivido en Bali y he viajado mucho y nunca me ha pasado por algo igual. Quisimos cambiar de hotel y ya no había nada por la zona. Somos dos familias con personas mayores y niños y nos arruinaron los dos últimos días .
